Returns & Exchanges

Let’s make it easy. Yunis K will accept items purchased from YunisK.com within 14 days of purchase for Store Credit or Exchange. Email us at sales@yunisk.com. You will be sent a Return Authorization Form via email. Items returned must be in a new condition with all original packaging and Return Authorization form. Only unworn and original packaged merchandise will be accepted for Store Credit or Exchange. Any return that does not meet the criteria will be sent back to the customer as we do not sell used merchandise. Damaged goods due to negligence on the recipient's behalf will not be accepted for refunds.
No returns for store credit or exchange will be accepted for personalized jewelry. Double check your personalized order before placing it, as it is FINAL SALE.
Sale items & items purchased with a promotional code are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Items received as gifts from our online store can be returned for store credit or exchange only on our website. Returns and Exchanges are subject to shipping charges.
Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store or website where the item was originally purchased. 

Repairs

For items purchased on YunisK.com in need of repair within 1 year of purchase, there is no repair charge. If the item was purchased over a year ago, it is subject to a repair and shipping fee.

Due to the one of a kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection. 
We are unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.
