MADE TO ORDER ITEM(S)
Each Yunis K piece is handmade with care and intention. Because of the nature of made-to-order jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of repairs or claims for defects.
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@yunisk.com within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a repair authorization.
Please note:
Custom-made or personalized pieces — including items with engraving, initials, custom sizing, or stone selections — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless they arrive damaged or we made a mistake.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS – MADE TO ORDER

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours for a full refund, minus a 3% processing fee.

After 12 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, depending on the materials and progress of the work.

Custom/personalized items (e.g. Star Journal Locket) cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
IN-STOCK ITEM(S)
We offer a 30-day return policy for in-stock items that are not made to order. Items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, email us at info@yunisk.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds

A $2.50 restocking fee + original shipping cost will be deducted.

Customer is responsible for return shipping and tracking.
Store Credit

No restocking fee will be charged.

Credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Yunis K is not responsible for items purchased through third-party retailers. Please contact the original seller for assistance.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – IN-STOCK ITEMS
International returns for in-stock items are accepted within 30 days of the original ship date.

Customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable duties or taxes.

We recommend insuring the package and sending tracking information to info@yunisk.com.
